1. Clean the roller head off after every use
2. Store the head piece in the freezer at all times, or if you are in a rush quickly throw it in for fifteen minutes to cool.

1. Roll 5-7 times with the big stone on the cheeks & forehead. Apply your favorite serum, moisturizer, or facial mask. Always roll inside-out (never back and forth)
