1. The Zigbee energy measuring switching module requires a Zigbee gateway to connect to the Internet. It can be a wired or wireless Tuya Zigbee gateway or a Tuya Zigbee+BLE multifunctional gateway. We recommend using the Tuya Zigbee gateway. Third-party Zigbee gateways may experience compatibility issues. The measuring functions voltage, current, power and energy cannot be displayed. Therefore, please use the Tuya Zigbee gateway and make sure the firmware version of the Tuya Zigbee gateway meets the following requirements:
Wired gateway: main module version V1.21.0 or higher
Wireless gateway: main module version V1.13.2 or higher
Multimode wireless gateway: main module version V1.5.4 or higher.
Wired multimode gateway: main module version V1.8.2
or higher
There are two problems to consider:
1.1. If the firmware version of your gateway is lower than the above requirements, but no update is displayed. There is no push message for firmware upgrade. Please contact (Gateway provider). You must provide the gateway type/product ID number and firmware version information. to help you complete the firmware upgrade.
1.2. The Tuya HomeKit Zigbee Gateway currently does not support Zigbee power measurement switching module and cannot display voltage, current, power and energy measurement functions.
