Order Processing:

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement package to you as soon as possible. Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not take any responsibility.
