Shipping
- We ship orders either via Fedex, GLS-US (West Coast orders), or LTL Freight (for large or bulky shipments). Handling time for shipment on orders will be between 1-3 business days depending on availability in our warehouse. Most items should arrive before or on the date shown in the eBay listing and the confirmation email you get from eBay. Those estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen carrier delays such as the holiday rush, staffing issues, or weather or natural disaster events.
- Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as shipping labels are created. Once uploaded you will receive an email from eBay with all tracking information. Depending on the size, tires may be strapped together and wheels may be double boxed so that two wheel boxes will be in one shipping box.
- Due to eBay buyer protection agreements all orders over $750 in total value will be shipped with signature required at the time of delivery.
- We can only ship to the address provided by eBay when we receive your order. If you have a different address you want used be sure to make this change at time of check-out. Again, we can not change the shipping address once we receive the order.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). • Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
