  • Some parts offered on our website have a “core charge” applied. This is a refundable charge the manufacturer applies certain parts, ensuring the old part will be returned back to us.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cores back to us, including shipping costs.
  • Cores must be returned in the original Toyota packaging from the new part. Toyota does not accept or pay us for any cores not returned in the Toyota packaging.
  • Cores must also be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts and drained.

Return Policy

We want all our customers to have a No Hassle Return on all returns, but we need you to make sure to follow our 3 simple requests below: Thank you for your understanding and your Business!

1) - Prior to return please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning part(s)

2) - All parts must be in the original package and not installed on vehicle

3) No returns after 30 days

All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. There are no returns on airbags or electrical items, if the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). We appreciate if you can just follow these policies to make this a no hassle return policy.
