Colophony* (Rosin) is the sticky substance distilled from the sap of pine trees. It is found in a wide variety of products because of its ‘sticky’ property. Products like plasters, tapes, glues, cement, shoe wax, ski wax and hair removal wax. Because of its harsh nature, hair removal waxes that contain this ingredient can be the cause of irritation or allergic reaction after these services. Initially the skin becomes red, inflamed and itchy and gets progressively, intensely itchy and even blisters.
Beeswax* properties:
Creates a thin, non-allergenic, protective layer over skin to prevent loss of moisture (Plus, unlike petroleum-based ingredients, it won’t clog pores!)
-Not only does it prevent dryness, it’s a humectant so it actually attracts water molecules keeping your skin naturally moisturized.
-It has antibacterial effects and inhibits the growth of bad bacteria on skin and wounds.
-Beeswax has some anti-inflammatory properties that help wounds heal.

What is hair removal?
-It is a cosmetic treatment which consists in snatching an entire hair follicle out of its root,
which results in a lasting effect up to 6 weeks.
Why waxing?
-One way to remove redundant hair is waxing. It is an increasingly used method because
it is simple (it can be done at home) and you do not have to do it very often
(approximately once every 3-4 weeks.) The hair removed in this way grows more slowly,
and after several treatments it gets thinner and softer. Furthermore, it is one of the cheapest beauty treatments.
What parts of the body can wax be applied to?
-You can perform a waxing treatment on virtually all parts of the body (legs, armpits, the bikini area, arms,
back, torso, eyebrows, female mustache hair, chin).
Hints regarding hair removal...
1.The day before the hair removal treatment.
Advisable:
-Performing a granular scrub treatment.
Inadvisable:
-Sunbathing.
-Do not perform cosmetic treatments such as acid treatments, cleaning, etc. in the places where the hair removal treatment is to be made.
2. Just before the hair removal treatment:
Advisable:
-inserting a wax roll-on refill into the heater and plugging it to a power socket (about 20-30 minutes);
-cleaning and degreasing the skin with pre-epilation lotion, which also has anaesthetic properties, or degreasing the skin with soap and water;
-drying the skin thoroughly; -talc or dusting powder can be applied.
Inadvisable:
-applying creams or lotions.
3. The hair removal treatment: .
Advisable:
-Checking with a hair removal strip if the heated wax can be freely distributed; -If the wax is thick and poorly distributed it should be heated for about 10 more minutes. -Apply the wax in the direction of hair growth, put and press a strip against the wax, hold the area below the strip with one hand and slightly stretch the skin in the direction the wax has been applied, -Rapidly tear the strip in the opposite direction of hair growth with the other hand. -To relieve the pain, after the strip has been removed press your hand to the place where the hair has been removed. -The remaining wax should be removed with post-epilation oil. -To relieve the irritation after the hair removal treatment, we recommend post-epilation lotion. -If post-epilation cream is additionally applied, it will prevent hair ingrowth, delay hair regrowth, the hair will be weaker, and subsequent treatments will be less painful.
Inadvisable:
-Checking with the skin if the wax has the right temperature; -Applying the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth; -Tearing the strip in the direction of hair growth; -Using alcohol-based cosmetics.
4. The day after the hair removal treatment:
Advisable:
-Moisturising the skin; -Using post-epilation cream for a few more days .
Inadvisable:
-Sunbathing. -Do not perform cosmetic treatments such as acid treatments, cleaning, etc. in the places where the hair removal treatment has been made.
Directions for use:
1. Heat the wax.Insert the wax into wax heater. Plug it and wait for 30min. |
2. Apply the wax.Apply the wax in the direction of hair growth (from knee to ankle for legs). Check that the slanted side of the roller head is in contact with the skin during application to allow the roller to glide over the skin. |
Apply the waxing strip.Immediately place the strip over the layer of wax, ensuring that there is at least 1cm at the bottom which is wax free. Rub the strip repeatedly over the wax in the direction of hair growth. Holding the bottom of the strip, very quickly and in one swift motion, pull the strip back on itself against the direction your hair grows (from ankle to knee for legs) keeping the strip as close to the skin as possible. The FASTER you remove the strip the more effective it will be. |
Remove the wax residues.When you have finished waxing, remove any wax residues from your skin with a Waxee after wax oil . THIS WAX CANNOT BE RINSED OFF WITH WATER. |

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
