These prebiotics are made from Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum , also known as PHGG. It is taken from the guar bean and is broken down with natural enzymes into the ideal molecular size.

Directions
First Time Users - Start Slowly: Use 1/4 teaspoon to start, mix in 6-8 oz of water, once a day for 4-5 days. Increase to a half a teaspoon for another 4-5 days. Slowly build up to a full teaspoon and then to 1 scoop per day. Best taken with meals. Maintenance dosage: 1 scoop per day. Always mix in 6-8 oz water.
