Q1 Why is my pony wig not as pictured?
A1:All pictures are based on real wigs. But because of packaging and transportation, you need to take care of the wigs after you receive them.
Q2 Does it fall and tangle?
A2: The synthetic wigs will be minimally shed and tangled when combing, which is normal. Because your scalp produces natural oils that prevent your hair from drying out and getting caught in, and wigs naturally don't.
Q3 Is the wig cap size too big or small, does not feel comfortable?
A3:There are two adjustment straps on two sides of the wig, which can fit average 50-55cm head circumference. If the wigs make your head look big, we recommend that you check the way you wear again.
Q4:Can I style the wig with heat or dye?
A4: Heat resistant wigs can be heated up to 120℃, too high temperature would damage the synthetic hair. The colorful wigs can be dyed, but we do not recommend it. Because wigs have no dandruff to lock the colour for a long time, they fade quickly.
Note:
1. Due to different monitors and different lights, there may be a slight colour difference.
2. Never comb a wet wig or try to dry it with a hair dryer when you try to clean it. Because it would get tangled or fall off.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping Cost

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
