Directions:
- To anticipate or compensate for an occasional excess: Replace the previous or next meal with 1 velouté + green vegetables.
- To anticipate or compensate for a few days of excess: Follow one day of the intensive phase of the Milical 3.2.2 program.
- In regular use, incorporate the preparations as part of method 3.2.2.
The Milical Method 3.2.2 :
Intensive phase 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) :
- 3 Milical meals per day composed of : 1 Milical preparation + green vegetables at will (except for breakfast) + non-fat milk product.
- 2 snacks per day (1 Milical bar in the morning and 1 in the afternoon)
Phase return to a balanced diet 2 days + 2 days :
Thursday:
- 2 Milical meals
- 1 balanced light meal

Friday:
- 1 Milical meal

Preparation of Milical velouté :
- Preparation with shaker: Pour about 200ml of cold water into the shaker, add 4 scoops of the preparation. Close the shaker and stir vigorously for 20 seconds. Remove the lid and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at 600W (minimum power).
- Preparation without shaker: Pour about 200ml of water into a bowl and add 4 scoops of the preparation. Stir vigorously with a fork and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at 600W (minimum power).
Milical products are used as part of Milical Method 3.2.2. as a replacement for part of your meal, they cannot be consumed as the sole source of nutrition but must be combined with traditional foods.
Unsupervised weight loss diets are particularly not recommended for children, growing adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women and the elderly.
Adequate water consumption should be maintained throughout the day (1.5 to 2 litres).
