Adults : 6 to 10 tablets per day
Children : 1 to 3 tablets per day
If you are just starting to take spirulina, gradually increase the dose:
- The first two days, take one tablet per day. . The following two days, take two tablets per day.
- The following two days, take three tablets per day, and so on until you reach the recommended dosage of three to six tablets per day.
- Take the tablets with water just before meals.
- In the framework of a slimming regime, taking the tablets with a large glass of water half an hour before meals.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refund Processing
• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
