For example, in 6th month after receival, buyer can still have 70% money refundable.

2. The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear of products; products damaged due to environmental conditions including rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters; products damaged due to accident or collision; or product damage caused by other faulty parts.

3. All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.

4. We need buyer's detailed description of failure to find out the cause, we may also ask for photos or videos, pls understand.

5. Any WRONG ITEM/DOESN'T FIT/DON'T NEED/DOESN'T AS DESCRIBED reason is unacceptable after 60 days upon receipt.

6. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
