Currently we can ship to any of the 50 US states via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We are not able to ship outside of the US , sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes! We combine shipping wherever possible. We only ever charge the actual shipping, and we refund any difference in shipping charges. (Ebay has a minimum of $1.00 for any refund. Any combined shipping differences $1.00 or above will be refunded)
