Dog pulling is inevitable. Therefore, using a no-pull harness is ideal for reducing or even eliminating the pulling behavior of most dogs.
With the leash connecting at the chest, front-clip harnesses work by having leash pressure direct the dog to the side instead of allowing him to lean into the harness and pull forward.
The back clip gives some control over the dog pulling forward and it does not apply any pressure to the neck or spine.
Use Steps
1. Unfasten the Quick-release buckles.
2. Slide your pup's head through the neck opening, Vertical handle on the back.
3. Put the chest straps between the two front legs under the chest.
4. Snap 2 side-buckles on both sides of the chest.
5. Adjust 4 straps accordingly to fit your dog's body.
6. Insert 2 fingers between any part of the harness and your dog's body to check if the harness is too tight or loose.
NOTE: Remember to let them get used to it. Have them wear it for 1 minute, then 5 minutes and so forth until they are used to it.
