Returns
We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase from Radiators-R-Us. And to make sure you are, our general return policy allows you to return any NEW / UNUSED ITEM within 30 days of original purchase date. All items must be returned to us unused or installed in the original box with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. Contact us through Ebay messages and we will provide you with a return address and an RMA#. BUYER is responsible for ALL returns back to us, return postage and shipping fee's WILL NOT be refunded.
Items received back damaged will be subject to a refund deduction of up to 50%.
Shipping
Most all items are shipped FedEx,USPS or with an LTL truck carrier to the lower 48 states only. Items will ship the same day or the next business day the payment arrives. Some radiators and charge air coolers need to be shipped to a Non-Residential commercial business address via truck freight and will need to include a business name and phone number.
LTL truck freight will not ship to any property that is zoned residential or have a house on the property.
Terms
All new products purchased from Radiators-R-Us carry a minimum of (1) one-year, unlimited mile warranty for manufacture defects. Some products and vendors offer an extended warranty, which is reflected in the product information. Radiators-R-Us reserves the right to determine whether the item that falls within the warranty period is to be replaced or refunded. In some instances, an original invoice and vehicle service records may be required to process the return with the manufacturer. The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying return shipping charges on Warranty items. In the event of product failure, the customer may be required to pay for any replacement items and will be credited once the return item has been received and inspected by us. Contact us through Ebay messages and we will provide you with a return address and an RMA#. Our warranty covers manufacturers defects only for a one time replacement, it does not cover stripped threads, damaged tubes and etc. It also does not cover labor charges or any other expenses or parts associated with the item purchased.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying return shipping charges on Warranty items.
