How do I know if apparel is true to size? Sizing often varies by brand. We recommend searching the manufacturers website to view their size chart for additional fit and measurements.
Are measurements available? We supply some measurements, but because of our outlet model, we are unable to list all measurements. BHFO stated measurements listed are within 2 inches including inseam and length. Due to manufacturer variations in materials, fabric and stretch content, we cannot be responsible if measurements are not exact.
Can I purchase an item if I live outside the U.S.? Yes, you can in most cases. Oops! How do I cancel my sale? If you made a purchase and paid for the order, the order is most likely already in transit. We do offer a 30-day return policy once you receive the item and wish to return. You can still certainly reach out to our Customer Service team to attempt to cancel, but we are Not always able to guarantee.
Can I purchase multiple items? Yes, as long as you don't checkout/pay for any of the items until you are DONE shopping and purchase under one eBay user ID, you can continue to add multiple items to your cart and receive shipping discounts. Shipping
How much is shipping for my order? Shipping varies for each item purchased and the total quantity of items ordered. Shipping cost is determined by the item weight, destination, and the shipping option selected. When will you ship my item? Most domestic orders will leave our warehouse within 1 business day from receipt of your payment. Most international orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days of the payment date.
If you need your order sooner, we offer Express or Overnight Delivery and your items will leave our warehouse within one business day of the payment date.
We recommend customers who are having orders sent internationally to choose Express Delivery to receive your packages sooner. Due to slow customs processes, packages can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive.
Can I ship to a different address? Sure, during the checkout process, specify where you want the items to ship. Make sure that if you are paying with a credit card, you have the correct billing address entered. Once payment has been entered, we cannot change the shipping address.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes we do. Rates are the same as U.S. domestic.

How do I return my order? We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery with original tags/packaging. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. • Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Claims:
