The perfect spice for excellent seasoning of chilli con carne dishes, baked minced meat dishes and gratins. Ideal for refining soups, stews, sauces, chili con carne and dips in an outstanding way. Use the fiery mixture with caution and better season afterwards, let this spice mix boil briefly to preserve the aroma. RECIPE: Chili con Carne. Ingredients: 400 g mixed minced meat, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tsp spice mix, chili con carne pepper, 125 ml red wine, 1 can of corn approx. 350 g, 1 can of kidney beans 400 g, 1 can of peeled tomatoes 400 g, 1 green pepper, 1 red chili pepper. Preparation: Easy way to prepare a chili (ingredients and quantities are variable depending on taste and number of people). Fry the minced meat or very small cut meat pieces with onions. Fill with tomatoes (from the tin or fresh) and lightly puree the fresh tomatoes beforehand. Typical is also the addition of kidney or pinto beans, a classic chili con carne from Texas but has no beans included. Taste with the chili con carne garlic spice mix and season and let it boil. Try again and again and taste as you like! Simmer on low heat for about an hour. Each chili con carne gives a large scope for your own ideas of preparation and ingredients in the preparation.
