1. Charging the Wicked Ball
- Plug the ball into the USB charging cable provided.
- Connect the cable to a power source, and let it charge for around 1.5 to 2 hours.
- The ball will show an indicator light (usually red while charging, turning green when fully charged).
- Once fully charged, unplug the device.
2. Turning the Ball On and Off
- Turn On: Press and hold the power button on the ball for about 3 seconds. The ball will light up, indicating it’s active.
- Turn Off: Hold the button again for a few seconds until the light turns off.
3. Choosing the Play Mode
- The Wicked Ball typically has multiple play modes to suit different energy levels:
- Gentle Mode: Suitable for calmer play. Usually has minimal movement.
- Normal Mode: Moderate activity for regular play.
- Active Mode: Intense bouncing and rolling for high-energy play.
- You can toggle between these modes by pressing the button once the ball is turned on.
4. Starting the Play Session
- Place the Wicked Ball on a flat surface where your dog has enough room to chase it.
- The ball will automatically begin to move, bounce, or roll according to the selected mode.
- It will periodically pause to encourage your dog to interact with it, then resume movement.
5. Built-In Safety Features
- Rest Periods: To prevent overstimulation, the Wicked Ball automatically pauses every 10 minutes for a short break.
- Obstacle Avoidance: The ball has sensors to help it avoid getting stuck against walls or furniture. However, if it does get stuck, you may need to gently nudge it to help it continue.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
- Turn off the ball before cleaning.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

Shipping Cost
