1. ITEM PHOTOS, DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION CODES. We use every effort to accurately describe, represent and depict the items we sell. This typically includes obtaining and sharing photographs of the item, obtaining information from the product’s data plate or other written information and developing and sharing written descriptions of the item. Additionally, if feasible, it includes sharing information that we may have been able to obtain regarding the item's use and maintenance history. Finally, it includes classifying each item pursuant to a condition code.
OUR CONDITION CODES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
A. NSOP-NEW SURPLUS ORIGNAL PACKAGING. These are items that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, have never been used and that are still in the original packaging. This item could be several years old and may not be the most recent model, but it has never been placed in service. The packaging may show signs of wear or be out of date. The packaging for these items may also have writings, decals, stickers or other markings on them. The packaging may have been opened for inspection purposes. If you purchase an item that's condition is designated as "NSOP" and it does not work, we will provide a full refund or replacement pursuant to the terms of our Hassle-Free Return Policy.
B. NSREM-NEW SURPLUS REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING. These are items that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, have never been used but that have been removed from the original packaging. These items may have cosmetic blemishes such as, but not necessarily limited to, scratches, stains, minor dents, dings or other blemishes, but have never been put into service. These items could be several years old but have never been used. Examples of such items might include unused valves that were stored on a shelf in a company stock room. If you purchase an item where we designate the condition as "NSREM" and you find the item unsuitable, we will provide a full refund or replacement pursuant to the terms of our Hassle-Free Return Policy.
C. RE-REBUILT OR REFURBISHED. These are used items that have been rebuilt or refurbished by a third party prior to our acquisition and that have not been used since being rebuilt or refurbished. To our knowledge and belief these items are in full working order but we have not tested them and cannot guarantee that they work. If you purchase an item where we designate the condition as "RE" and you find the item unsuitable, we will provide a full refund or replacement pursuant to the terms of our Hassle-Free Return Policy.
D. USTOG-USED TAKE OUT-GUARANTEED. These are used items that have been taken out of service. Items bearing this designation were known or assumed to be working immediately prior to being taken out of service. Items in this category may have been removed from an industrial facility as part of a plant liquidation or line shutdown or prior to the renovation or demolition of the facility where the item was located. If you purchase and item where we designate the condition as "USTOG" and you find the item to be unsuitable, we will provide a full refund or replacement pursuant to the terms of our Hassle-Free Return Policy.
E. UAI- USED AS IS. These are used items that have been taken out of service. Although the item could be working, we have not tested the item and do not have enough information to know or assume that the item was working immediately prior to being taken out of service. Items in this category may have been removed from an industrial facility as part of a plant liquidation or line shutdown or prior to the renovation or demolition of the facility where the item was located or could be used items that were stored in a company stockroom. If you purchase an item where the condition is designated as "UAI" the item is not subject to our Hassle-Free Return Policy, it is not guaranteed and all sales are final.
F. FPO- FOR PARTS ONLY. These are items that are known to be incomplete, not working or where a cursory inspection may show evidence of significant damage or deterioration. If you purchase and item where the condition is designated as "FPO" the item is not subject to our Hassle-Free Return Policy, it is not guaranteed and all sales are final.
If you need additional photos or other information, please ask. We want you to be satisfied and be a long-term customer, so we are always willing to take additional photos or gather additional information to help you make the most informed purchase decision possible.
2. HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY. We offer a 30- day return period on all items except those that are advertised as "UAI AS IS" (USED AS IS) or "FPO" (FOR PARTS ONLY), or where the listing otherwise indicates that the item is not guaranteed or cannot be returned. If, after your inspection, you find any covered item unsuitable, at our discretion, we will either provide you with a full refund of your purchase price or replace the item with a comparable item at no additional costs. All requests for refunds must be made in writing via the EBay messaging system and be made within thirty calendar days of the date of payment. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Buyer agrees to pay the return shipping. The refund will typically be made within two to three business days after we receive the return. 4. TRANSACTION & PAYMENT. After clicking "Buy it Now" or successfully negotiating a Best Offer Transaction, please wait to pay until you receive an EBay invoice. Buyer assumes all risks.
8. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT. Buyer represents and warrants that he/she is knowledgeable and experienced in the safe use, operation and maintenance of the item and that he/she is qualified to inspect and evaluate the item to determine its suitability for Buyer's intended purpose. Buyer agrees to inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Buyer agrees that if upon Buyer's inspection, an item is not suitable and Buyer intends to return the item then Buyer will immediately notify Seller in writing via EBay message that such item is not acceptable and that Buyer intends to return the item. If Buyer uses the item or fails to provide such notification to the Seller within thirty calendar days from the purchase date, then Buyer is deemed to have accepted the item, the sale is final, and Buyer assumes all risk associated with the use of the item and waives any rights it may have pursuant to the terms of our Hassle-Free Return Policy or otherwise. Buyer assumes all risks associated with the inspection, operation, use and/or resale of the item.
9. SHIPPING & HANDLING. Buyer is responsible for freight charges unless the listing details specifically indicates that the item includes "Free shipping". When the item listing specifies the applicable shipping and handling charges, we will package and ship the item for the specified shipping and handling fee price which will be automatically included in the Buyer's EBay invoice. In the alternative, the Buyer may arrange for its own freight or to pick up the item in person. In most instances we will package the item and load it on the Buyer's truck at no additional fee. Please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible after placing the order to allow us to process it before shipment.
Return Policy
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

How to Return an Item

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We will provide a free return shipping label.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:

5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Damages, Issues & Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@ibspot.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Product Claims
Before purchasing, please review product details carefully.
If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, visit our Support Center or contact us directly to arrange return shipping or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
