Indications
Aids in the recovery and rehabilitation of strained or pulled groin, quad, or hamstring, hip flexor injury, post-pregnancy pubic symphysis dysfunction, sciatic nerve pain, hip arthritis, hip tendonitis, and other injuries that cause pain and discomfort in the groin or hip area.
Directions
For hip flexor injuries, start with contoured end of wrap at upper front of thigh. Wrap towards outside of leg. Overlap starting point and wrap around injured hip. Bring wrap across lower back and over uninjured hip. Wrap diagonally around lower abdomen, continuing around thigh and attach. For groin strains, start with contoured end of wrap below glute, wrapping towards groin. Overlap starting point, bringing wrap across lower abdomen and over hip. Wrap around lower back, continue around thigh.

Tracking & Notifications
