2 Jacaranda balls for you and your training partner - keep fit for two motivated and is effective. The Jacaranda ball is a weight ball (0.4 kg) with an enclosed, free-flowing mass of stainless steel balls, air and water. In the design, the Jacaranda ball is balanced freely in the hand and rotates slightly so that the flowing mass of the ball sets in motion. This small movement combined with larger flowing movements of the arms must be stabilised from the centre of the body and thus appeal to the deep muscles. The new Togu concept is guided by the image of the Jacaranda tree, as it keeps itself stable in the trunk despite its long extended branches. Our extended arms form the branches in a figurative sense and our centre of the body form the strong tree trunk. With a weight of approx. 0.4 kg and the free-flowing mass inside the ball, the Jacaranda concept is particularly gentle on the joints and at the same time challenges the senses. The varied exercise program includes starting positions while standing, lying, kneeling and lying down - Pilates or yoga workouts can also be made even more interesting with the Jacaranda ball. Partner exercises are designed with catching and throwing exercises and complete the wide range of exercise options.
