RETURNS
Hassle Free Returns
At 707 Motoring we understand that sometimes after receiving an item you realize that you no longer want it or other situations arise, that is why we offer our hassle free return program. If you receive an item and your not completely satisfied or simply changed your mind about the purchase just go ahead and send it back within 14 days of receipt to receive either your money back or an easy exchange. Please review below for all return policy information.
Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt you can have that item returned to us for a refund or exchange.
All items being returned must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). See below on how to obtain an RMA#.
Returned items must be returned back in original condition and be ready to be placed back on our shelves. Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered would not be accepted back for a return. If the double sided 3M tape is peeled off or the white protective film has been completely removed we cannot accept the item back for a return.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Buyer is responsible to have the item returned back to us. All items being returned must be sent back with a valid tracking number to ensure we receive the package. If an item arrives back to us and is damaged during transit the buyer would be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company used to return the item.
Some products do require cutting and/or drilling in order for the product to fit properly, buyer would be responsible for return shipping for those products if they don't want to proceed with the additional installation requirements.
Obtain RMA#
To obtain an RMA# simply send us an eBay message requesting to return your item and please specify to us the reason for the return so we can note for our records, once we get that we will respond back with all the return instructions. Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we receive your item back you will receive a confirmation message notifying you that your return has been received and we will have it inspected for any damage or misuse. Once this process is completed (normally 3-4 business days after receiving item) we will process a refund back to your payment account or ship out an item that you wanted to exchange. Please note that it may take 3-4 days before you are able to see the refund on your credit card statement.
On exchanged items buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs unless we shipped out the incorrect item or an item is defective.

Please ensure all pieces are test fitted prior to peeling off the double sided tape, any pieces that have been installed or double sided tape removed and product placed on vehicle will not qualify for a return or exchange
Carefully remove all piece(s) from the packaging to ensure you received the correct set and number of pieces for your vehicle
Inspect all pieces for damages or defects
Test fit all pieces next to your vehicle before installation
Using an alcohol pad, clean the existing area to remove any existing grease, wax, or residue. Please be sure the outside temperature is approx. 40 degrees or higher. Try to avoid installing when the car is extremely hot
Slowly peel off the double sided tape on the back and stick each piece in place. Press down on each piece for approx. 20-30 seconds to ensure a tight fitment. To ensure a tighter hold you can heat up the back of the double sided tape with a hair dryer or heating gun before installing each piece
Peel off protective film
Your job is complete. Use a soft cloth to wipe away any fingerprints. Avoid washing the vehicle for at least 24 hrs

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). • Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
