Pandemic is 3D printing to perfection. We have made multiple Tailgate Plugs. Skulls, Spike, Stars, Reverse Lights or even that 3rd Brake Light.... "Say whaaat!" All in house, right here at Pandemic USA, located dead center in Washington State.

We can even make Custom Plugs. We would like to add to our growing list of Plugs. Submit your design and we will work with you on creating it via 3D Printing!

All of our 3D printed products are made with Onyx, a beautiful black filament made from combining tough nylon with micro-carbon reinforcement. Onyx gives you stiff and dimensionally stable engineering grade parts, with twice the strength of other 3D printed plastics. Onyx parts have a high quality surface finish and high heat tolerance.

TRACKING NUMBERS

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse or as soon as we have received one directly from the manufacturer if the item was drop shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

You can expect your order to be delivered between 4 to 14 business days of placing your order. Why so long? It takes 1 to 3 days to process your order and get it on its way. The package spends another 3 to 10 days in transit and that depends on where you live relative to our warehouse location. If you are located in the continental USA (lower 48) you will receive your items most likely within 6 business days.

ROCKRIDGE 4WD will gladly ship any and all items internationally!  ROCKRIDGE 4WD will need to quote the shipping for said item/s before the item is purchased but only after the BUYER has CONTACTED the SELLER with the correct shipping information.  Some items can be calculated by eBay automatically with the correct pricing but if the buyer or the seller feel the shipping price is not correct after the purchase the seller reserves the right to refund the customer in full for the total purchase price.  In addition the buyer can request a refund in full if a shipping agreement can not be met.

Restocking Fees

We will charge a restocking fee on most returned items of 15% to cover Ebay fee's, Credit Card fee's and due to the handling & accompanied paperwork that is involved. However, some manufacturers issue a restocking fee as high as 30% and in that scenario this percentage will apply. Feel free to inquire prior to returning your items.

  • All products are covered by A Manufacturers' Warranty & NOT by ROCKRIDGE 4WD
  • Moreover, we accept return & exchange of items that are deemed DOA (Dead On Arrival)and are 100% unused and complete in the original packaging deeming it resellable.
  • In the event that there is a problem with your order or product, please contact us immediately (NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT), we will be happy to fix your order for you with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! 
    • All returned items REQUIRE a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) and be must received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.
      • To get an RAN#, log in and send message to us with a return reason, we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with a RAN#.
      • We are not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RAN#) on or in the box.

Credits

All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:

We will fully refund you for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax less the applicable restocking fee. This is excludes all shipping costs as these are non refundable. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.

Defective items

If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. To get a shipping label and a valid RAN#, see our full return procedure above. Once you've received the label and the RAN#, ship the defective item as instructed by our customer service. Once we or the manufacturer(Applies if the order was originally DROP SHIPPED) has received the package we will ship you a replacement.

Exchanges/Replacements

Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions as items returned to us for a refund. Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order. If you request a replacement, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. A restocking fee may apply to certain products. If you need a replacement item right away, we suggest placing a new order in our store. Express shipping charges may apply for rush orders.

  • A 20% restocking fee WILL apply to all shipments returned without a proper Return Authorization Number (RAN#) clearly posted on the box. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Orders placed for the incorrect model year of your vehicle. Because manufacturers are constantly changing vehicle designs, we do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle. Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle (for example, a 2006 model car cover ordered for a 2007 vehicle) is done at your own risk and will incur a restocking fee if returned.
  • The item(s) must be returned in a new condition

Return: 

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.

Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Cost

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund: 

  • Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. 
  • Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

Refund Processing 

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

Claims: 

Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support  Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.

WRONG PRODUCT: 

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us Mail: support@ibspot.com. With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as  beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or  gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
