Smooth hair while adding the look of volume, lift, wave, and curl with the Calista Perfecter Pro Grip or Pro Grip Plus.

How do I use it: Use on dry hair only. Hold the on/off button for about three seconds to turn it on. Choose heat setting from 325 to 395 degrees; the LCD will blink until your desired temperature is reached (approximately three minutes). If your hair is fine, sensitive, or over-processed, choose a lower temperature setting. Coarse, heavy hair that is resistant to curl will need a higher setting.

Brush approximately 2" sections from scalp to ends, two to three times. Use slow strokes to help smooth hair, and add more tension to straighten. For long hair, achieve spiral curls by starting at the root, holding device vertically, and rotating downward, very slowly spinning the hair through the brush for the softest natural-looking curl. For shorter styles, wrap section by section down to the scalp and hold for 10 seconds to add volume, smooth, and curl. Do not wind hair from ends more than two-and-a-half times around the brush. When finished using, hold the power button in and unplug from outlet. Allow to cool, then store in travel bag.

In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, shipping address, model number, order number and how you paid for the item.     Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number.     Smooth hair while adding the look of volume, lift, wave, and curl with the Calista Perfecter Pro Grip or Pro Grip Plus.

    How do I use it: Use on dry hair only. Hold the on/off button for about three seconds to turn it on.     You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

    Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    Shipping Cost

    We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund: 

    • Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. 
    • Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
    • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

    Refund Processing 

    • Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

    • Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

    Claims: 

    Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt.
